2. Local processing by the tools
Images, videos, HEIC photos, PDF files, signature images, text, working-time data, IBAN and transfer details, QR-code content, colour values and meta-tag inputs are processed by program code in your browser. This content is not transmitted to Andersen Webworks, the hosting provider or any other service.
Selected files are held temporarily in your device's memory while you use a tool. Once you close or reset the page, they are no longer available to the tool. No user accounts or server-side file directories are created for this purpose.
3. Hosting and server logs
The website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, proprietor René Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When a page is requested, the server processes technically necessary data. This may include the IP address, time, requested address, amount of data transferred, referring page, browser and operating system.
This processing serves to provide the website securely, reliably and without errors. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in reliable operation and protection against misuse. A data-processing agreement is in place with the hosting provider. 4. No analytics, advertising or user accounts
Andersen Web Tools uses no audience analytics, advertising network, externally loaded fonts or user accounts. No marketing or profiling cookies are set. This is why no consent banner is shown.
5. External links and email
Links to Andersen Webworks, the hosting provider or other external websites are opened only when you click them. The relevant provider's privacy policy then applies. If you send an email, Andersen Webworks processes the information you provide in order to reply. Depending on the content, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR.
6. Retention period
Tool content is not stored on the server. Technical server logs are retained only for as long as required for operation, security and error analysis. Messages are retained until the purpose of the communication no longer applies and no statutory retention duties require otherwise.
7. Your rights
Subject to the statutory requirements, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data-protection supervisory authority, in particular the authority responsible for your usual place of residence, your workplace or the location of the alleged infringement.
8. Encrypted transmission
The published website is provided over HTTPS. This encrypts page content in transit between the server and your browser. Your files are then processed locally on your device.
