A visible signature without handing over the document

Many forms need only a scanned or drawn signature in a particular place. You do not need to upload the PDF to someone else's server: select the page, place the signature, check the size and download the new file.

What this tool does exactly

The signature is placed as an image on the selected PDF page. In ordinary PDF programs, the result looks like a signed document. It does not contain a certificate or technical identity verification.

Keep the original

The source file is not changed. Keep it in case you later want to correct the position or add a certificate-based signature.

Frequently asked questions

Is the signature legally binding?
That depends on the specific document and the agreed form. The tool only places the visible signature image; it does not determine which form of signature your case requires.
Is my signature stored?
No. It is held only temporarily in the browser's memory and is no longer available after you close or reset the page.
Can I sign several pages?
One signature is placed on one page in each pass. To add another, open the generated PDF again.

How to use this tool

Place a drawn or uploaded signature visibly in a PDF.

  1. Select the PDF and open the page that needs to be signed.

  2. Draw your signature or upload an image of it.

  3. Set the position and size. The new PDF is prepared automatically and can then be downloaded.
